Consulting

Creating systems with AI that make complex work repeatable

I design and develop AI-integrated education, organisational capability, human–AI work and bespoke frameworks and systems. Sometimes that means transforming an existing system. Sometimes it means creating a new one. In other cases, the required work-product is the framework or system through which further work becomes possible.

Optional starting point

Requirements and Architecture Diagnostic

Not every assignment begins with a complete or correctly framed brief. This bounded diagnostic establishes the actual problem, the success conditions, the affected people and systems, and the form of intervention that is justified.

The diagnostic can stand alone. It does not commit the client to a subsequent build.

  • A defined problem, outcome and scope boundary.
  • Stakeholder, user and decision requirements.
  • Current-state, dependency and constraint analysis.
  • Evidence, assumption and contradiction registers.
  • Architecture options and recommendations.
  • A phased roadmap with explicit decisions and gates.

Service families

The outcome determines the lead service

Framework and system design can appear in every family. The specific domain leads unless the reusable framework or structured system is itself what the client is commissioning.

01

AI-integrated education design and transformation

I design and transform education so that AI has a purposeful, governed role in how learning is created, experienced, applied and improved. This is not limited to education about AI and does not reduce integration to adding a generic assistant.

Explore this service in detail

Work may include

  • Integrate AI into existing programmes, modules, activities and assessments.
  • Transform books, standards, manuals and expert content into structured learning systems.
  • Design and build new AI-integrated programmes, curricula and pathways.
  • Define and prototype governed AI learning partners.
  • Develop AI-enabled authoring, production and quality-assurance systems.
  • Review, renew and improve existing learning systems.

Typical outputs: Opportunity blueprint, learning architecture, curriculum and pathway design, AI role and interaction specifications, learning assets, activities, assessments, prototype, production and QA system, implementation requirements, and transfer plan.

02

Workforce AI capability and enablement

This work translates organisational priorities, roles, workflows and priority use cases into defined AI capability requirements and an implementable workforce-enablement system.

Explore this service in detail

Work may include

  • Organisational AI capability architecture.
  • Role, workflow, task and AI capability mapping.
  • Skills-taxonomy crosswalks and capability coverage analysis.
  • Role-, function-, level- and use-case-aligned pathways.
  • Workforce enablement programme and rollout design.
  • Learning portfolio review, contextualisation, implementation planning and managed refresh.

Typical outputs: Requirements model, capability map, role profiles, pathway architecture, coverage and gap analysis, programme blueprint, development specification, rollout roadmap, and renewal mechanism.

Current boundary: Requirements baselines, mapping and gap analysis are current capabilities. Scored maturity assessment, external benchmarking and psychometric assessment are not presented as established OOZLE products.

03

Human–AI work and system design

This work defines how people, AI, knowledge, tools and governance fit together in actual work. It addresses requirements that cannot be solved reliably by adding another tool, prompt or isolated automation.

Work may include

  • Requirements and system diagnostics.
  • Human–AI work, responsibility and operating-model design.
  • Knowledge, context and decision architecture.
  • Operational governance, assurance and escalation design.
  • Bounded prototypes and implementation specifications.
  • Complex-initiative architecture, independent review and recovery.

Typical outputs: Current- and target-state models, responsibility and authority matrices, workflow and decision structures, context architecture, controls, prototype, implementation specification, recovery plan and renewal mechanism.

Current boundary: I can design, prototype and specify bounded components and support implementation. Production engineering, infrastructure, security assurance, hosting and specialist technical hardening require separately identified delivery capability.

04

Bespoke framework, methodology and system development

Where recurring complexity cannot be addressed through disconnected outputs, I create or strengthen the framework or structured system that makes coherent and repeatable work possible.

Work may include

  • Create a new client-specific framework, methodology, body of knowledge or operating system.
  • Strengthen and reconcile an existing framework or fragmented body of practice.
  • Operationalise concepts into roles, processes, decisions, artefacts and controls.
  • Integrate multiple methods, standards or systems into one usable architecture.
  • Establish governance, quality, versioning, adoption and renewal mechanisms.
  • Develop practitioner guidance, tools, templates and capability-transfer materials.

Typical outputs: Principles and scope, conceptual model, taxonomy, lifecycle, operating structure, decision mechanisms, crosswalks, templates, playbooks, validation controls, implementation plan and renewal system.

Systems and methods

Existing systems, new systems and the work between them

Methods and systems are not placed in one subordinate layer. They can be existing created work, substantive outputs within an engagement, or the principal commissioned outcome.

01

Original work-product

An existing OOZLE method or system is substantive work I have already created. It provides evidence and may supply reusable structure for later assignments.

02

Embedded client work-product

A broader education, capability or human–AI engagement may produce a client-specific framework or system as one of its central deliverables.

03

Primary commissioned outcome

The client may commission the framework, methodology or structured system itself, including its creation, repair, integration, operationalisation and transfer.

Across the work

Capabilities applied to the assignment

These capabilities connect the consulting proposition to my existing record and are expressed through concrete work-products rather than detached claims.

01

Ambiguity and context reconstruction

Turn incomplete, fragmented or conflicting inputs into a defined and testable requirement.

02

System and dependency diagnosis

Distinguish symptoms from the structure, constraints and recurring mechanism behind them.

03

Stakeholder and decision alignment

Surface competing criteria, trade-offs, decision rights and the evidence needed to proceed.

04

Human–AI orchestration

Use AI for research, generation, analysis and testing while retaining human judgement and accountability.

05

Hands-on system building

Move from recommendation into architectures, maps, work-products, prototypes, controls and specifications.

06

Bounded ownership and renewal

Carry the agreed question, evidence, decisions, quality criteria and completion condition through handover and review.

Engagement depth

Work can stop where sufficient value has been created

Each stage can be commissioned separately with defined deliverables and acceptance criteria. A diagnostic or pilot does not automatically commit the client to a full build.

  1. 01

    Diagnostic

A defined requirement, evidence base and recommended direction.

  2. 02

    Blueprint

An actionable architecture, specifications and roadmap.

  3. 03

    Pilot

A representative component, workflow or prototype tested.

  4. 04

    Build or transformation

The agreed programme, framework or system developed.

  5. 05

    Scale and transfer

Standards, tools, documentation and internal capability transferred.

  6. 06

    Review and renewal

Evidence assessed and controlled improvements defined or implemented.

Boundaries

Clear scope and accountable delivery

OOZLE is a founder-led consulting practice. A system may combine roles, processes, knowledge, decisions, work-products, controls and technology requirements; it does not automatically mean production software.

Specialist engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, legal or regulatory advice, formal accreditation, psychometric assessment and independent certification must be separately scoped where required. No unsupported performance or outcome guarantees are implied.

Recursive evolution is governed rather than autonomous. Evidence and outputs from use become inputs to reviewed, tested, approved and version-controlled renewal.
